Commission Terms
The following terms apply to ceramic commissions:
- All prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on project complexity
- A deposit of 50% is required to begin work on custom commissions
- Final balance is due upon completion, before delivery or collection
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on workshop capacity
- Minor variations in colour, texture, and dimension are inherent to handmade ceramics
- We reserve the right to decline commissions that do not align with our capabilities or values
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work:
- Custom commissions cannot be returned once production has begun
- If a piece is damaged during shipping, we will replace it or provide a refund
- If a finished piece differs significantly from agreed specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue
- Workshop session fees are non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ceramika Unikatowa excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
