Studio Visits
We welcome visitors to our workshop. Please contact us in advance to schedule a time, as we may be engaged in firing or intensive production periods when drop-in visits are not possible.
Whether you have a specific commission in mind or simply want to learn more about our work, we are happy to hear from you. Please allow up to two business days for our response.
Production time varies significantly based on complexity. Simple pieces may take 3-4 weeks. Complete tableware sets or architectural projects can require 8-12 weeks. We provide realistic timelines during consultation.
Yes, we ship throughout Europe. Each piece is carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight. For large commissions, we work with specialized art shipping services.
We welcome studio visits by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a time. During certain production phases, particularly when kilns are firing, the workshop environment may not be suitable for visitors.
All shipments are insured. If damage occurs during transit, please document it with photographs and contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement or refund depending on the situation.
